Quick Draw Bowfishing Arrow Rest Quick Draw Outdoor Gear Album Page
Just when we thought it couldnt get any better, like epoxy rests were the only way to get what you wanted out of an arrow rest...wrong!! We don't use sights and have always just shot instinctively when bowfishing. To improve accuracy we needed a rest that was not only level but something that shot straight and true. Again we thought we had it good with our homemade epoxy rests...Until we tried out our new Quick Draw Arrow Rests! Right away in the first night our accuracy percentage went thru the roof, and our arrows flew flawlesly. I also noticed right away that I was able to cut my reloading time in half (time from when my fish was off the arrow to when I was nocked and loaded, ready for another shot). Another benefit of the Quick Draw is its simple, efficient design. It was a very easy and improving transition from an epoxy rest to the Quick Draw. I will NEVER go back!! It is very easily adjusted as well. We were only out for 2 hours and smoked 35 fish! Silverman and I both agreed that we would have no problem recommending these rests to anyone and that the quality surely justifies the price tag!

These are 4 0f 10 goldfish I shot 2 days ago at Saginaw Bay in Michigan during a night shoot for carp and gar.  the Quick Draw Rest and the short rod from F& D Archery on an Onieda Fish Bow made for an extremely accurate shooting rig.  I was able to obtain perfect arrow flight with this rest.

Thank you
Brad Heath

This was the first fish I shot with my Quick Draw. I had it shooting bullet holes in four shots.

Well I made it out on the Grand River last night and despite the recent rains and flash floods I was determined to shoot a few fish!! The water clarity was very much less than desirable but we stuck it out for a few good hours and hunted hard for some fish. Our saving grace were our HPS lights, if not for those we wouldnt have been able to see thru that very muddy high water. We managed to get 5 decent carp out of the trip AND my best common carp to date. It weighed in at 35lbs!  and OF COURSE the Quick Draw was an amazing tool to have, I cant get enough of that rest!
I Absolutely love shooting your Quick Draw Rest.  It is a well designed solid rest.   And FINALLY I don't have to worry about the saltwater eating my rest up. Spray it off and go.
Thanks for everything.
Mike Lunn

Went out for a few hours of solid bowfishing tonight, both our Quick Draws were on FIRE from all the shooting we did, they held up as expected...flawles!

Here are some pics from the Arkansas trip last week. I. took some of my old friends from school out and they just loved the Quick Draw Arrow Rest. I couldn't get one of them to give me my bow back!. They said I had a advantage over them.  My friend Will Blackard shot a nice grassie with the Quick Draw Rest  and in fact  went bought one today.

gotta love a quick draw.  Mike
Chase Baker wins Jr. Bowfisher man of the year with the Quick Draw Rest !
This weekend we went out to Richard's pond in search of some buffalo roaming the range. We took my dad out who's been wanting to try his Hydro Strike 2 and Quick Draw rest out on something other than shad and lil gar. Night started kinda slow then it took off with a bang. Richard stuck the first fish then my dad put 2 more in the boat. He even got to try out his new carbon arrow. We shot a lot of small gar and some carp but buffalo is what we were after. We had a 55, 52, and 45.
Right at 27#, since it wasn't a state record we didn't take any other measurements
Hey Bill,

Glad to shoot your product  this year.  I don't believe there is a product that I shoot that I have more confidence in than your rest.  There are all kinds of bows, reels, arrows, tips, etc that I use but there has been only one rest since being introduced to the Quick Draw. With the tough conditions and elements of saltwater shooting I recently had taken my bow to be ceramic coated to make it saltwater proof.  The guys at the shop asked me if I would like to coat my rest also,  In which i simply replied "no its already tough".  Thanks again for a great product.

Hey Bill,
Just got back from Amistad shooting some fish. The big carp were on the move and we shot some monster talapia.  I got 15 of them in the 4-5 pound range.

Bill,
Here are the pictures I got of the big fish from last weekend.  I didnt have alot of time to clean her up, but it was getting dark fast and we wanted to get the meat off her as quick as we could.

Great job Brent Black on his first Rayburn gator gar. We been good friends since then. The speed and ease of the Quick Draw sealed the deal!
Thanks Bill.
